1. Membership Overview
  • Red Horses offers membership-based access to shoes, allowing users to exchange or borrow multiple pairs during their active plan period.
  • Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and valid only for the selected duration.
  • Each plan includes a specific number of exchanges that can be used within the membership validity.
2. Product Condition & Quality
  • Some shoes under our program may have been previously used by other members.
  • Every pair goes through professional cleaning, sanitization, deodorization, and inspection before delivery.
  • Only shoes that meet Red Horse’s hygiene and quality standards are sent to members.
  • Red Horses guarantees that every pair delivered will be in clean, wearable, and quality-assured condition.
3. Usage Responsibilities
  • Members agree to use shoes responsibly and return them in good condition.
  • Shoes damaged due to misuse, alteration, or negligence may result in repair or replacement charges.
  • All products remain the property of Red Horses and must be returned after the membership period or upon exchange.
4. Exchange & Delivery Policy
  • Exchanges can be requested through the official Red Horses website or app.
  • Pickup and delivery will be arranged by Red Horses or its authorized partners.
  • Delivery times may vary based on location and availability.
  • A small logistics or handling fee may apply for each exchange or delivery.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Membership fees are non-refundable once the first shoe has been delivered.
  • If the user cancels before receiving their first pair, a full refund will be processed.
  • Red Horses is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen events.
6. Ownership
  • All shoes remain the legal property of Red Horses at all times.
  • Members only receive temporary usage rights during their active subscription.
  • Unauthorized resale, lending, or misuse of Red Horse shoes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. Hygiene & Returns
  • Returned shoes must be reasonably clean and odor-free.
  • Every returned pair is inspected upon pickup for hygiene, damage, and overall condition.
  • If shoes are returned in damaged, unhygienic, or unusable condition, Red Horses reserves the right to:
  • 1. Deduct one or more exchanges from the member’s available exchange count, depending on the extent of the damage.
  • 2. Impose cleaning, repair, or replacement charges if required.
  • Red Horses maintains the final decision on whether a pair qualifies as damaged or usable.
  • Exchanges may be temporarily paused for members who repeatedly return damaged or unhygienic items.
8. Pricing, Taxes & Changes
  • All prices shown on the website are subject to applicable GST and taxes.
  • Red Horses reserves the right to modify prices, plans, or services at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes will apply to new memberships only.
9. Limitation of Liability
  • Red Horses is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages caused by misuse, delay, or unavailability of services.
  • Members use the products and services at their own discretion.
  • Red Horse’s total liability under any claim shall not exceed the membership fee paid by the customer.
10. Fraud & Misuse Protection
  • Any attempt to misuse, duplicate, or illegally resell Red Horses shoes or membership plans will result in immediate termination and possible legal action.
  • Red Horses reserves full rights to verify customer details and reject fraudulent or suspicious accounts.
11. Privacy
  • Red Horses collects and uses customer data only for service fulfillment, delivery, and customer support.
  • We never share personal data with unaffiliated third parties without consent.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
