1. Standard products

Non-shoe products on Red Horses continue to work like a normal ecommerce order.
Pricing, coupons, shipping, and fulfillment for standard products follow the normal checkout flow.

2. Shoe rent-to-own flow

All shoe products, including preowned pairs, follow the rent-to-own flow shown on the website.
Customers pay the full shoe price at checkout to start the shoe plan.
The upfront fee is applied instantly from that payment. Daily rent is recorded from the day after delivery using each product's configured rent percentage and deducted from the remaining rent balance.
Ownership transfers automatically once upfront plus accrued rent reaches the shoe price.

3. Returns and ownership

Customers can request a return before ownership transfer.
Once a return is processed, future billing stops for that shoe plan.
If the plan has already reached the shoe price, the pair is treated as owned and cannot be returned as part of the rent-to-own flow.

4. Billing and refunds

The full shoe price is collected upfront at checkout using the payment methods supported on the website.
If a return creates any refundable balance under the shoe flow, that amount is recorded and may be refunded according to Red Horses operations.
Taxes, shipping charges, and operational handling rules may vary by order type and location.

5. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate address and contact information for deliveries, billing, and returns.
Returned shoes must be sent back in acceptable condition when a return is approved.
Fraudulent use, chargeback abuse, or misuse of the shoe flow may lead to account restriction or cancellation.
